Chapter 2

The Enchanter’s Pen—Mightier Than the Sword

True,—This!

Beneath the rule of men entirely great
The pen is mightier than the sword. Behold
The arch-enchanter’s wand!— itself a nothing!—
But taking sorcery from the master-hand
To paralyze the Caesars—and to strike
The loud earth breathless!—Take away the sword—

States can be saved without it!

—  Edward Bulwer-Lytton

The above quote claims to be the first time that the statement “The pen is mightier than the sword” was made in its original English. Ironically, but very appropriately for the content of this chapter, the quote is part of an English playwright’s script. The play was called Richelieu; Or the Conspiracy.

We can soundly affirm the Real Truth® that ALL WRITING, including ours, is a conspiracy — a secret plan to do something that is not known or understood by the general populous. An enchanter is a person who uses magic or sorcery, especially to put someone or something under a spell.

In Bulwer-Lytton’s play, the “arch-enchanter’s wand” is meant to represent how writers can use the written word to put people under a spell. The playwright poetically explains that the written word has “paralyzed Caesars” — the most powerful politicians — and has silenced the loudest voices on earth, leaving them speechless (breathless).

The quote’s message is that violence (the sword, military and law enforcement strength) is not necessary, the hand of a master writer can enchant the people enough to leave them in awe because of what is written and how it is written.

Few understand, and even fewer will accept, that one of the main causes of the division of humanity is the written word, especially when people believe that what is written is Real Truth® — things as they really are — written history being accepted as accurate to how it really occurred in the past.

We communicate with each other through language. For many thousands of years, and long before humans learned to read and write, the only way that we communicated with each other was with the spoken word. Reading and writing have only been around for a few less than ten thousand years, when the human race … giving science an ego boost that its adroit ones often require … has existed for many tens of thousands of years.

Those who wield the most power and control over human life are, more often than not, those who can use language better than others. By using language, human history was what it was, and is what it is; it will always be nothing better, until good people use good language to change it.

Some of the most renown writers and political figures who have lived upon the earth would agree with Napoleon’s summation of history:

History is a myth that men agree to believe.”

And there are many, many others who understood the Real Truth® about history:

To know the truth of history is to realize its ultimate myth and its inevitable ambiguity; History consists of a series of accumulated imaginative inventions; The historian must not try to know what is truth, if he values his honesty, for if he cares for his truths, he is certain to falsify his facts; Imagination plays too important a role in the writing of history, and what is imagination but the projection of the author’s personality;  The history of states and nations has provided some income for historiographers and book dealers, but I know no other purpose it may have served.

The celebrated English author Oscar Wilde courageously summed up the difference between the incognizant fools who are enchanted by the pen of the incognito sorcerers:

Any fool can make history, but it takes a genius to write it.”

It was a relatively unknown American writer and journalist, Ambrose Bierce, who did what a lot of journalists are forced to do in order to earn a paycheck — acquiesce to the ignorance of his readership and advertisers. To appease the faith of fools, this genius ambiguously wrote the Real Truth® about ALL history:

God alone knows the future, but only an historian can alter the past.”

The most widely read book ever written is the Bible, which billions of people believe is the “written word of God.” Although it should be quite obvious that a supernatural entity (God) didn’t actually write the Bible, it is the faith and hope of billions that inspired men wrote what God wanted them to write.

There should be no doubt in an honest historian’s mind that a new written testament of God, introducing a new god, Jesus, the Christ — a very different god than the Jewish god of the old testament, and written in Greek for the Roman Catholic Church — saved the Great Roman Empire from complete destruction. Christianity was responsible for the success of the Roman Emperor Constantine maintaining his power and control over the Eastern Roman Empire.

Who really wielded the arch-enchanter’s wand that paralyzed Constantine, quieted the loud masses, and saved part of the the Roman Empire?

What does history say?

Is not the Bible a historical account of God’s chosen people?

History (written by historians) reported that the Jews were God’s chosen people, not the Christians. It was this argument that caused the mental conundrum that inspired Mohammed to ask God himself which of the two religions is correct. History reports that God told Mohammed that none was correct, and that Mohammed would help God establish the correct religion. Mohammed’s God (Allah) knew that a new religion could not be established properly, and accepted by the people, UNLESS there was a written word — Allah’s word.

Before Mohammed, accepted history (accepted by billions of people) reported that Moses received God’s word — written by the hand of God Himself. This was God’s way of communicating with the people so that the people did not have to place their trust in mere men (in the arm of flesh).

Billions of people believe that God uses the written word to instruct His people.

History reports that God’s chosen people had rejected the false gods established by the Babylonian king Hammurabi, who had his scribes use the written word to construct one of the world’s first state constitutions. Hammurabi’s constitution was written on stone.

History reports:

Abraham left the city of Ur and wandered in the wilderness, trying to find a new home. It was reported that Abraham and his people had left because of the way that Ur’s citizens were being treated by the citizens of the more prosperous city, Babylon. History writes that the descendants of Abraham were saved from hunger by the Egyptians, who made the Hebrews (literal meaning: wanderers) their slaves and gave them part of the Egyptian lands as their own.

God saved His people by giving them Moses. And, when it came time to give His people His word, God wrote His own Constitution on tablets of stone — not by the hand of a man, but by the finger of God … so reports history.

What no honest historian can deny is the power that written documents have had on people, especially on those who cannot read and write themselves. As pointed out above, there were only a very few who invented writing when it first originated. To the illiterate, which were the majority of people, the marks on stone were magical. Anyone who could make these marks and interpret them had a special power, seemingly given to these writers by the gods.

As these ancient master enchanters (all of whom were male) waved their magic wands to make words appear, the much stronger males were mesmerized and feared the special power of these master enchanters.

If history were properly reported, and a video taken of those responsible for engraving the stone upon which God first wrote His Constitution, we would be able to see the man who did the engraving. This man’s invented story was protected by his going off into a mountain where the finger of God engraved the stones. The people, most of whom could not read what was upon the stones, and could not tell the difference between a man’s writing and a God’s writing, were enchanted.

All of history is speculative and suspicious, as most great enchanters have always known it to be. Writers do not speak ill of their craft because their writing allows them to become part of history themselves. And, if what is written about them is positive, revealing the true source of their craft would be counterproductive. Writers know exactly how and why things are written the way they are written. The most successful writers compose language in such a way that the people become mesmerized upon reading their works.

We have provided the world with substantial evidence that we were the group responsible for writing a new American scripture. It was written in a way to enchant and mesmerize the early American people. However, we explained that we did this in an attempt to get the newly established United States of America — a proclaimed Christian nation — to align their thinking more with the written “words of Jesus,” than with what Christian ministers were inventing as their own interpretations of the Bible.

This book is the third and final book of a Trilogy that we hope will inform enough people to take a good look at what they believe and how they came to believe it. The first book of our Trilogy, The True History of Religion, presents a lot of information about religion and the written word that gives religion its power over people’s minds. The second book of our Trilogy, A New American Scripture, provides substantial empirical evidence of how and why we created this new scripture. It is the intent of this third and final book to do whatever we can to unite the people of this world, so that they can begin to solve the problems that they have created for themselves. Many of their problems came from the written word in which the people believe.

In the narrative of our new American scripture, we introduced a story about a great “white” nation that existed long before there were any other inhabitants living in the Western Hemisphere. We explained that the people of this great nation were eventually destroyed because they started to embrace “secret combinations of power.” These were combinations of political, religious, and business powers that controlled society. We explained how these “combinations” had “secret signs,” and that the leaders of the people had embraced the ancient arts and crafts that were used in secret to gain power and control. What we did not reveal, which we will now reveal for the first time, is that “writing” was part of the ancient craft that men used to engage in their secret dealings. In order to enter into these secret oaths, written contracts were the means to convey these oaths.

We included these things in our new American scripture, meant for the early American people, because of the “secret combinations” of power that their politicians were using to gain and keep power and control over the people. It is no secret to an honest historian that the Founding Fathers of the United States met in secrecy as they contemplated the Constitution that would be the supreme power and authority over the people.

These early American ultra-enchanters were masters at their craft. ALL were wealthy businessmen who did not like the fact that the British crown was profiting from their businesses. Meeting in secret and discussing ways that they could usurp the Crown’s authority so that they didn’t have to pay taxes on their businesses, these men came up with a way to seduce and manipulate the poor majority to support their desires.

History correctly reports that these men declared independence from the British Crown on July 4, 1776. What history does NOT report is why it took these men so long to come up with a Constitution that they could blame for the way they governed the people. Keep in mind, men who want to hold power over others will do everything they can to convince those over whom they want power and control, that it is not them who are giving themselves power, but something or someone else.

Moses told his people that God gave him the authority to enact laws that controlled the people.

The American Founding Fathers told the people that the Constitution gave them the power and authority over the people.

The American people are so mesmerized and enchanted by the U.S. Constitution that they don’t think about why it took almost 12 years (until June 1888) for their Founding Fathers to come up with a written document that ensured these leaders had power and control.

What took place during these secret meetings?

What oaths and signs did the Freemasons — a secret society to which many of the Founding Fathers belonged — enter into in order to promise each other the power and the authority that they needed to accomplish what was in their best interests?

The religious leaders of that time period conspired with the politicians to help control the people. The American Christian churches (and there were many of them) came up with their own inventions, especially in interpreting the Bible, in order to support the same design proposed by the wealthy politicians and merchants. These religious leaders called the United States of America, the new promised land, the new Jerusalem, a land of prosperity and blessings … because of Christianity.

The “pen” worked for Constantine so he didn’t have to depend on the “sword,” so why wouldn’t it work for the American politicians?

The Americans were convinced that the “hand of God” had written their Constitution by inspiring their righteous leaders with what needed to be included in “God’s Constitution.”

It took the American God over 12 years to figure out what He wanted to write to give men His power and authority over His people.

The American God didn’t recognize the indentured, landless white man, the African slave, or the indigenous native people as part of the claim: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal.” The poor, the indentured, the slaves, and those with dark skin were not men that the American God recognized. And neither were women.

For 12 long years, these secret combinations of wealthy men met in secret, not allowing the public to hear their debates and reasoning of how to write a Constitution — not written for the people, but for the men who wrote it.

Thomas Jefferson, a slave owner who is credited for writing the most famous part of the U.S. Declaration of Independence, could not have possibly believed that all men were created equal because no part of the U.S. Constitution guarantees this equality. The U.S. Constitution was established so that the wealthy landowners would be “endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.”

The majority of people living in the United States have not been endowed with the rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The majority of these people cannot live without receiving a paycheck from the wealthy. They do not have the liberty to pursue their own form of happiness BECAUSE OF THE CONSTITUTION THAT HOLDS THEM IN CHAINS OF ITS CORRUPT POWER AND AUTHORITY.

In the subsequent chapters of this book, we will explain how corrupt and unequal the current U.S. Constitution is, and how it can be properly changed to fulfill the purpose for which a society of people declares itself independent of the powers that abuse their rights.

We will explain what a written constitution must include in order to “hold truths” to the claim of “self-evidence” that ALL humans, regardless of their gender, race, or economic standing … ESPECIALLY ECONOMIC STANDING … have been endowed with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.

By uncovering the secret things that politicians and religious and business leaders do behind closed doors, we will strip these “Robbers” from the only excuse they have for maintaining their power and control.

According to history, the people blamed Moses for their troubles. But Moses blamed it all on God and that the people were not following what God had written. God wrote the Hebrew Constitution with His own finger, Moses didn’t.

The world’s “kings and merchants” blame it on their Constitution — the written document that enchants and mesmerizes the masses, and deceives them into believing that they have unalienable rights. The masses only have the rights that the “kings and merchants” of this earth allow them to have, according to the Constitution that these “kings and merchants” wrote.

In the United States of America, ALL politicians, ALL leaders, or any official of any degree, take an oath, not in secret as it was done anciently only among those who took the oath together, but in public. The oath is of ancient origin. This oath gives a few physically weaker men the power and control over the stronger men and stops the stronger men from usurping their authority by using the sword:

“I, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same.”

Weaker men (with the pen) were able to convince stronger men (with the swords) to make an oath to something that they wrotegiving these weaker men power and authority … and True,—This!:

Beneath the rule of men entirely great
The pen is mightier than the sword. Behold
The arch-enchanter’s wand!— itself a nothing!—
But taking sorcery from the master-hand
To paralyze the Caesars—and to strike
The loud earth breathless!—Take away the sword—

States [governments] can be saved without it!
